If you have ever been scared by the whole ‘baking’ thing: the art of it, the science, the precision, the skill...this book is your saviour. Various members of the B Team have all tried recipes from this lovely tome and they have just, well, worked. This must be the highest form of praise for a cookbook. Classics have been refined or tweaked so that not only does your shortbread/cake/pastry/scone look like it’s supposed to, it tastes out of this world.
