Stop all the clocks! Cut off the telephone, prevent me from barking
with juicy bone.
Darrrrlings. I ask you? Who hasn't stroked these ears? And guess
what dear Simon Callow wrote in our guest book "Exquisite shop,
stunning books, great dog" (yes, this last bit was genuinely
underlined)

Pucker up!
Gordon? Delia? Jamie? Forget it. There's only one celebrity chef for
me and that's Paul Merrett.

More
than I can chew?
Don't bet on it. Chewing a leaf out of Julia Hailes' New Green
Consumer Guide I have given up plastic balls in favour of toys "au
naturel". Everyone has their limits, however, and the stuffed flying
squirrel stays (at least until I can catch myself a real one).

Humphh.
This
is how I feel these days, since being under Cesar's Command (see
my Vanity Page for more details of why life has taken
a turn for the worse)

Brainless Book Monkey
I
break with tradition by not including a photo of me this time but I
had to share this most perfect of Christmas presents with you - A
book monkey who moans when you squeeze him and whose fluff for
"brains" I spent Boxing Day ripping out. Wooffeee!
I
dedicate this photo in my gallery to all those brainless book
monkeys out there.
Infinite thanks to Grandma and Grandpa for their most thoughtful
present. |

A Pinch of Posh
Dear Jacqueline & Laurence,
It was an absolute delight to have
you over the
other day for afternoon tea and cuddles.
Please do stop by again very soon and love to the
Spaniels.
Yours Poshly,
Vlashka

It's very tasty, thanks for asking
Another from my back catalogue - couldn't get away with that kind of
behaviour these days!
This
one is dedicated to my gorgeous "Aunties", Rachel and Suz who met me
on my first day out of the dogs' home and above whose flat I howled
the first few nights and in whose flat I had a few little
"accidents"! Sorry about that. I know I'm forgiven because they
constantly fight over who loves me more. Personally I think Suz has
the edge as Rachel has flitted off to Hong-Kong and it's hard to get
the proper loving I deserve from that far away. |

Those were the days,
my friend...
I dedicate this latest addition to my
gallery (a more youthful shot) not to the girl in the photo (who was
ever so nice) but to my friend Marilyn in the Czech Republic.
Back
in my youth,
Mr and Mrs B abandoned me on several
occasions and left me with Marilyn. It turned out, however, that she
was far nicer and more dedicated to me and it is with great regret
that my attempts to hide under the sofa when they came to pick me
back up never worked.
So, Marilyn, thank you and a fond
goodbye.

At play with ball
I am
proud to present the inaugural photo in my Vanity Gallery.
I dedicate it to
Kelly and Matt whose own dog is in Oz with their parents and who
have kind of adopted me as their own Favourite Pet. I'll scratch
your back....
